Where to even start. Of all the pieces that we've done this far, I can say that this one was the hardest of them all. Ben and I both committed ourselves to this piece. We both got extremely lightheaded and tingly from the get go since throughout this piece we were both breathing heavily and moaning erratically. I was unsure of what he was going to do, or where the whip cream was gonna fly, so that was a whole other element for me. I didn't know that he was going to shake drips off onto me (mind you this stuff was cold). Or that he was going to have his switchblade just inches from my face. I didn't want to stay still, I wanted to move and protect my face, but it's art...and at a few points during this piece it became so real that I lost touch with that. People were laughing throughout, and I wanted to laugh with them at first, but that shift in tension from sexual to dominating to almost mechanical....that was rough on the other side of the camera. For our next performance, there will be an even bigger mess...more drama...more condoms...it'll be great...
